do you ever check how much time there’s left of an episode just to make sure they won’t stop there

I feel like we as a society of young adults are pressured to grow up quick, take on relationships, have sex and party and become morphed into the ideas and beliefs of what is desired and idolized in our country. We may be hit by a bus at any time, yet I feel like I have so much fucking time to love and be happy, and just find who I want to be. I wish I didnt waste much of my younger school career thinking about relationships with cute boys and what not. Like this is my time to learn, educate, and find out who I want to be, what sort of beliefs of my own that I want to emanate, and just experience and feel young. The pressure that is released on us as kids is unnecessary. I feel that if I didn’t take my time to learn about myself within the past 2 and a half years, then I wouldnt be where im at right now. When I did focus solely on cute boys, I was not ready for a relationship. But now, now that ive developed my ideas, my personality, my wants and needs, extended my hand, opened my heart and mind, I am tired of being alone in my mind. I suppose I just want another head full of incredible beliefs that go against the odds to connect with. I love being alone, I hate being lonely. And deciphering that is peculiar and I feel that many people dont even recognize the difference. nonetheless, we all grew up fast, and now, I just have to push forward and grow more and more, expanding my mind beyond the societal ideas

i’M SO SICK OF THIS MENTALITY THAT’S SWALLOWED 90% OF THE TEENAGE POPULATION THAT IT’S CUTE TO HAVE LOW SELF ESTEEM AND BE SAD BECAUSE IT’S ALL GOOD SOMEONE’S GONNA COME SAVE YOU BC NO SHUT UP IT’S NOT CUTE TO HATE YOURSELF OR HURT YOURSELF LIKE THESE ARE ACTUAL PROBLEMS THAT YOU NEED TO SOLVE AND NO ONE IS COMING TO SAVE YOU IT’S ALL ON YOU

tbh I don’t see the fuss about having waiters/waitresses not being happy and enthusiastic like I came here to eat I didn’t come here to be amused by employees as long as I’m getting my food and they’re not being blatantly rude I don’t see why y’all need to go on yelp to rank a restaurant 0/5 and have an outburst on why your waitress didn’t smile at you when she poured you water

this is pretty fucking important
